MiniMax says it completed technology export registration for AI models
MiniMax said it completed MOFCOM technology export registration covering open-sourcing and overseas licensing and use of several recently released and planned models.

MiniMax said in a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing reported on 2026-10-23 that it had completed Ministry of Commerce technology export registration procedures for several recently released models and models expected to be released.
The company said the registration covers open-sourcing and overseas licensing and use of those models, in accordance with Announcement No. 48 of 2026 issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Science and Technology.
