TeraWulf amended its revolving credit agreement on 2026-10-23, increasing its senior secured facility from US$250,000,000 to approximately US$400,000,000, an increase of about 60%, according to the company’s 8-K filing described in the report. The amendment took effect the same day, raising the borrowing capacity available to the company under the agreement.

A revolving credit facility allows a borrower to draw, repay and borrow again within an agreed limit. The reported increase concerns that credit limit; the report does not specify how much TeraWulf has drawn. Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, a Morgan Stanley unit, serves as administrative and collateral agent, overseeing administration of the facility and its collateral arrangements.

The amendment also permits a further increase of approximately US$150,000,000, but only after additional lender commitments are obtained and related conditions are met. That potential expansion is therefore conditional. Separately, the agreement removes the previous US$150,000,000 sublimit for issuing letters of credit—bank-backed payment commitments—lifting a specific restriction within the facility without establishing how much of that capacity TeraWulf will use.
