Liquid Capital founder Yi Lihua said in an X post reported on 2026-10-23 that Bitcoin had spent an extended period trading within a range following a pullback from 86,000. He described patience and restraint as central challenges for investors and traders.

Yi compared the situation with earlier stretches when ETH fluctuated around $3,000, saying impatience could lead to buying before a decline had run its course. He said he believed a better opportunity to buy would emerge later, without specifying when.

He also argued that the crypto industry’s broad gains were behind it and that stronger understanding and discipline were needed to achieve excess returns. Those remarks reflected his market outlook.
